15th century farmhouse dating from 1406, renovated, located in a privileged location, in a very exclusive small town, close to the prestigious beaches of Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc, it is part of an exceptional setting and an incomparable geographical situation, a few minutes by car from large population centers with all services and from the entrance of the Mont-Ras motorway, which has direct access to the AP7.

The farm has two houses:
