STONE HOUSE OF HIGH ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY FROM THE 17TH CENTURY.

EXTERIOR GROUND FLOOR: 230m2 entrance patio showing the important stone façade of the building. Entering, on the right side, a porch for parking in the attic. The patio is surrounded from the street by a continuous planter, interrupted in the middle by an automated sliding door for entry-exit vehicles.

INTERIOR GROUND FLOOR: spacious hall, then living room, office, dining room with a table for twelve people, kitchen, bedroom, and a second large room, with different spaces, one dedicated to piano music, as we found a grand one and two wall. In the other space there is an office. On the wall behind the office table, from top to bottom, there is a very important bookshelf full of carefully arranged collections of books. Natural light floods this entire room through a large ceiling-to-floor window. This stained glass window is located on the main façade of the building.

FIRST FLOOR: hall, which shows the age of the house from 1600, date sculpted on the stone lintel of four doors: one in the cinema room and the others are suites. One suite has a bedroom-office and a staircase that goes up to a loft, on the second floor, where there is a bedroom with capacity for three beds.

SECOND FLOOR: distributor that leads to the best area of the house; converted into a large and elegant multipurpose space for rest, reading room, games table, etc. It has a series of windows that offer exterior views, a bedroom, bathroom and access to the covered terrace.
